Dear Mr. Hubbard

On February 20^th, 2003 NSWC Indian Head hosted its first professional wrestling
event. The event was a great success due to the professional efforts of the International
Championship Wrestling, Inc. personnel. They performed a "Royal Rumble" for the
Navy and Marine personnel and their family's exceeding all expectations. The set up
crew was very easy to work with and to coordinate our mutual goal. The HeadLiner wrestlers,

Disco Inferno and Norman Smiley, were personable and at our disposal for pre
event publicity. Because of ICW's positive and professional attitude this event was joy
to coordinate and put on for the Indian Head community.

I would like to thank you and your staff for a fun filled night of fantastic
entertainment At MWR we plan many diverse entertainment programs for our patrons.
We will definitely keep the I.C.W. in mind for future events because of their professional
performance, event coordination skills and excellent entertainment. It was a night not
soon forgotten.
