K-Krush (Ron Killings) to capture
the NWA Wildside Television title.
- Styles regained the NWA Wildside
television title on January 6, 2001,
when he defeated Air Paris in Cornelia,
GA.
- Prior to the sale of WCW to WWF,
Styles had a brief stint on WCW's
talent roster.
- Styles defeated Rick Michaels on
December 22, 2001 to win the NWA Wildside/Georgia
Heavyweight title.
- On April 13, 2002, Styles pinned
Nova on the World Wrestling All-Stars
"Eruption" PPV to win the
WWA Cruiserweight title.
- On June 19, 2002, Styles became
the first X division champion on TNA's
debut on PPV in Huntsville, AL.
- Styles and Jerry Lynn won a single
night four team tag tournament on
July 3, 2002 to claim the NWA World
Tag Team title.
- Styles eventually turned heel and
hired a manager, Mortimer Plumtree.
- Styles regained the X division title
on October 23, 2002 by defeating Syxx-Pac
in Nashville, AL.
- On January 25, 2003, Styles defeated
Amazing N8 Mattson to win IWR KOI
title in Sterling Height, MI.
- On March 15, 2003, Styles and the
Amazing Red defeated Christopher Daniels
and Xavier to capture the ROH (Ring
of Honor) Tag Team title in Cambridge,
MA.
- Styles won a three way match over
Jeff Jarrett and Raven on June 11,
2003 to capture the NWA World Heavyweight
title.
- On September 12, 2003, Styles defeated
Daniels and Chris Sabin in Ft. Lauderdale,
FL to capture the Maximum Pro Wrestling
Television title.
- Styles defeated Jonny Storm on September
27, 2003 in Helsinki, Finland to retain
the NWA title.
- On February 4, 2004, Styles and
Abyss defeated the Red Shirt Security
(Kevin Northcutt and Joe E. Legend)
for the NWA World Tag Team title.
- On February 14, 2004, Styles pinned
CM Punk to win the Pure Wrestling
Tournament and the Pure Wrestling
title in Braintree, MA.
- Styles defeated Jeff Jarrett on
April 21, 2004 in a "steel cage"
match to capture the NWA world Heavyweight
title in Nashville, TN.
- Styles defeated Frankie Kazarian
on June 9, 2004 in Nashville to regain
the X Division title.
- On August 14, 2004, Styles defeated
Sabu and Teddy in a TLC match to win
the Natural title in Buffalo, NY.
- Styles defeated James Tighe on November
13, 2004 in Coventry, England in a
30 minute "iron man" match.
- Styles, Randy Savage and Jeff Hardy
defeated Jeff Jarrett, Kevin Nash
and Scott Hall at the Turning Point
PPV.
- At the 2005 Final Resolution PPV
in Orlando, Styles defeated Petey
Williams and Chris Sabin in an "Ultimate
X match" to recapture the X Division
title.
- Styles defeated Christopher Daniels
at the Against All Odds PPV in a 30-minute
"Iron Man" match to retain
the X Division title.
- On April 2, 2005 in Los Angeles,
LA, Styles defeated Super Dragon to
capture the PWG (Pro Wrestling Guerilla)
title.
- At the 2005 Lockdown PPV, Styles
defeated Abyss in a "six sides
of steel cage" match to become
the number one contender for the NWA
title.
- At the 2005 Hard Justice PPV, Styles
defeated Jeff Jarrett to regain the
NWA title in Orlando.
- At the 2005 No Surrender PPV, Styles
defeated Sean Waltman.
- Styles pinned Matt Hardy on July
29, 2005 in Monroeville, PA.
- At the 2005 Unbreakable PPV in Orlando,
Styles defeated Daniels and Samoa
Joe to regain the X Division title
for the fifth time.
- Styles defeated Daniels 1-0 in a
30-minute "Iron Man" match
at Bound for Glory.
- At Genesis '05, Styles pinned Petey
Williams to retain the X-division
title.
- On December 29, 2005 in Tokyo, Styles
defeated Petey Williams.
- At the 2006 Final Resolution, Styles
defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi of New
Japan Pro Wrestling.
